Elisabeth Lachance
Doula - Perinatal naturopath
Hello, I am Elisabeth Lachance, birth attendant.
It is with great kindness and experience that I offer to support you throughout your perinatal journey. My role is to support you every step of the way, whether during pregnancy, during birth or after the arrival of your baby.
For over 14 years, I have had the honor of guiding many families through hundreds of births. Each time, I have noticed that each birth is unique, and it is with this deep conviction that I accompany you on this adventure. You deserve to experience a birth that suits you, with confidence and serenity, whatever way your baby chooses to enter this world.
I also offer you one postnatal support with powerful tools, designed to help you better understand and assume your parental roles, in order to calmly support your family in this new stage.
My goal is for you to be able to welcome your baby gently, with confidence in yourself and your abilities.

Célyne Perreault
Doula - Perinatal naturopath
Passionate and inspiring, I have supported more than 450 couples over the past 17 years.
My ease of communicating and my rich journey through my training in coaching, couple dynamics, and massage therapy make me accompany the woman and the couple entirely.
I transmit his experience and concrete tools through images (worth a thousand words), ideas, and practice so that the couple can “experience” childbirth well.
I am told that I am warm and motivating at heart and that I prepare the woman to believe in herself, to abandon herself and to dive into this mysterious process that is childbirth...towards the arrival of her new -born!

Marie-Dominique Taylor
Doula - Perinatal naturopath
Good morning,
My name is Marie Dominique,
my decision to become a doula did not happen by chance. She was born from a miscarriage — a moment where I realized how much every woman deserves to be accompanied, listened to and supported in what she is going through.
Motherhood has always touched me deeply. Today, I want to be this calm and reassuring presence at your side — the one who is there for you, without judgment, at your own pace.
Whether it is to prepare for your birth, be present on the big day or accompany you in your first weeks with baby, I adapt to what you need. I also train in perinatal naturopathy to offer you even more complete support.
I would love to meet you.

Clemence Marchand
Doula - Perinatal naturotherapist
I am the mother of one child and I have also gone through the experience of abortion. These two passages of life profoundly transformed me and guided me towards my vocation as a doula and therapist.
Today, I specialize in supporting perinatal bereavement and obstetric trauma. My approach is based on autonomy and freedom of choice. I am committed to helping each family find their own answers, by providing clear and reliable information, supported by scientific data. For me, it is a true privilege to witness births and witness these unique moments.
Empathetic listening, non-judgmental welcome and continuing training nourish my position as a support person.
I like to slow down time when we meet: to provide a space to be, feel, honor and cherish every moment whether during pregnancy, childbirth, postnatal, or through birth ceremonies or for children not born.

Sarah Belec Wolf
To be a doula is to be many things. It's having a watchful eye, a listening ear and gentle hands to soothe, comfort and support. It also means knowing how to offer a safe space, where the joys, trials and sacred passages of life are welcomed, heard and honored.
As a doula in comprehensive perinatal support (full-spectrum doula), I recognize that your perinatal journey can be both a vulnerable and deeply transformative experience. This is a time when you deserve to feel seen, heard and supported in a way that respects your needs, your values and your reality.
My role is to offer you grounded, caring and holistic support throughout these changes, in order to help you get through this transition and integrate the many dimensions of parenthood.
Together we can create a birth and postpartum experience that honors the needs of your entire family.
