Your frequently asked questions about group prenatal classes
Do classes include the presence of a doula during childbirth?
Group classes are one preparation. Attendance at delivery can then be added if needed, depending on your preferences and availability, but this is not obligatory.
Can partners participate in prenatal classes?
Yes, and it is even encouraged. The content is designed so that the partner leaves with clear benchmarks: how to support, what to say/do, and how to get through teamwork.
Do you offer receipts for insurance?
Yes. Des received in naturopathy are discounted (often eligible for private insurance, depending on your coverage).
When should I book my classes?
The ideal is to book towards the end of the 2nd trimester or the beginning of the 3rd (around 24 to 30 weeks), in order to have time to practice and integrate the tools. That said, even later, it remains relevant: the important thing is to find a place.
