Your lift doula can:
Caring for baby while you rest, shower, or go for a massage.
Do light household chores (small dishes, sweep, fold laundry, pick up);
Cook a snack or meal;
Provide breastfeeding support.
Listen to you again and again without judgment.
After your baby is born, it's normal to feel conflicting emotions and have many questions. This is why I am here to offer you professional and caring support.
My role is to provide you with a safe space where you can express your concerns, receive practical advice and get answers to your questions and provide help with your breastfeeding. Thanks to this support adapted to your needs, you can strengthen your confidence as parents, acquire the reflexes necessary to take care of your baby and, if necessary, face challenges encountered with your breastfeeding.
My goal is to help you experience this transition period with more serenity and confidence.
